How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We typically dispatch our orders within 1 working day. We ship our domestic orders via Yodel, a fully tracked service, who have given us the following delivery estimates:

UK domestic, standard – 2-3 working days following dispatch

UK domestic, priority – next working day following dispatch

Delivery days are Monday - Saturday up to 9pm.

 

International orders are shipped with Royal Mail

International EU – 5-10 working days depending on country

What does shipping costs?

UK domestic, standard – £3.99, free for orders over £24

UK domestic, priority – £5.49

International EU – £9.00

What if my order arrives damaged?

All of our products are carefully packed to withstand their journey in the post and should arrive in perfect condition. If your order does arrive damaged, please don’t worry. Contact us at hello@roqberry.com and we’ll put it right for you.
