How can I start this love letter in any way that does this tea justice?
Every few weeks a cleaner come by to help me keep the place tidy. We always start off with a nice chat and catch up, before I put on the kettle and make her a coffee.
This time I insisted she tries the Raspberry Fondant. I explained the teas, the flavours, the interesting blends, and she looked terrified. She said she would have a sniff of the box to see if she liked it.
Immediately she took the coffee out of my other hand and excited told me she had to try the Raspberry Fondant.
With milk or without it, it is incredible every time.
The experience is like finishing a creamy raspberry dessert with every sip. Somehow they have captured that perfect moment when you finish a flawless dessert and sit back and feel very proud of yourself, while enjoying the lingering taste.
Each sip is as flavourful and delicious as the last. Delicious isn't a word I would use to describe a tea, but this is absolutely appropriate in this case.
The only negative I can find with this tea is it spoiled me and set my expectations impossible high for everything else in my life.
If you love raspberries, cream, dessert, and general indulgence you have to try this tea.
